Full-Time Nanny for my 2 month old Son

I am currently seeking a Full-Time nanny to start in September/October of this year as this will be when I need to head back to work. This is for Mon-Thurs from 9 to 5, so a typical 8 hr day shift. This is not short-term as I am looking for someone long-term (2 yrs).
