We are looking for an experienced mother’s helper/nanny to work with us in caring for our 5 month old baby boy. (Mom is home everyday, and Dad works from home a couple days per week.) We'd like someone who can commit 20+ hours/week & will be on W2 payroll with tax withholdings.

Looking for someone who:
- Has professional experience caring for infants
- Can provide multiple references
- Has excellent communication & problem solving skills
- Does not smoke or take recreational drugs
- Is infant CPR certified (or is willing to enroll in course)
- Has reliable transportation

Notes:
- Required 2-week paid trial prior to committing long-term
- W2 payroll with tax withholdings (non-negotiable)
