My husband and I both work from home full time, and are looking for a full time nanny to take care of our daughter during working hours.

Wed like someone who has experience with infants, and hope to build a long term relationship to last a few years. Ideally someone who has their own car for solid transportation to and from our home every day, fluent in English (but other languages are a bonus!) This will be a full time position.
Our daughter is young now, but as we’d like our nanny to ideally be on for the long term the main focus will be her, and everything a growing girl needs! Playing, reading, feeding, naps, etc. We do NOT expect our nanny to do any housework not related to the baby (and not her regular laundry, we will handle that.) Just focusing on her needs, and cleaning up after her throughout the day.
We live in a single family home with lots of dedicated, safe off street parking near edgemont park in Montclair. We have a large back yard.

We need someone to be here during normal working hours so that we have coverage during the work day, as we both work from home. We do have our own dedicated offices so you don’t need to worry about being in the way at all.
