Seeking live-out nanny specialized in baby care (Medford)

We have a 2 month old baby boy and are looking for an experienced nanny to work as a team with us. (Mom is working from home) starting from February 2025 . We'd like someone who can consistently commit to 7AM to 5 PM on weekdays(flexible)

Looking for someone who:
- Specializes in infant care ( bottle feeding , bathing , sleep , taking out for walks , play and starting with solids )
- Can fully care for baby when parents step out
- When not busy with baby-related duties, help with light housekeeping (e. g., laundry, load/unload dishwasher, kitchen meal prep and general tidying)
- Has flexibility for additional hours on weekends or evenings (give advanced notice)

Additional requirements:
- Fully up to date with vaccines
- Nonsmoker
- Has their own car for transport
- Able to provide references
