Rotating projects as time allows (organizing, grocery, keeping a running list). Local driving in nanny car. Mom WFH, travels often. Dad will work a hybrid schedule. Caring, loving, concerned w/child development (limited screen time, engaging with homework, reading, arts&crafts). Work with the flow of the home, fit in w/ family style. Nanny should be organized & able to keep everything for the kids in order.
