A kind family in uptown Hoboken is searching for a full time nanny for their 4.5 year old girl and 7.5 year old boy with a flexible start date between August and early September. The ideal hours are Monday-Friday from 12pm-7:30pm with the flexibility to do a date night or a little later evening 1x a week. The kids are in camp/school (k and 3rd grade) a few blocks away from their home most day 8:30am-2:30pm. Fluent English requested.
While the kids are at school, the family is hoping for some help with some household management tasks such as prepping kids meals and snacks, groceries, dishwasher, organizing kids things/toys and laundry (family has a regular housekeeper). The kids have aftercare, activities and sports in the area as well as local towns so seeking a nanny that can prepare for the evening activities before the kids are out of school and get them to their activities. No animals in the home
A driving nanny is preferred but not required- family has a car for the nanny to use on duty. Parents are seeking a reliable, responsible, and energetic nanny that will enjoy their kids and keep their family life organized. The little boy has food allergies so needs someone who is cautious with label reading and prepared with an epi pen. Parents are a combination of WFH and in the city. Pay is $1000 weekly for the guaranteed 40 hours plus vacation, holidays and sick leave.
