Mom works from home and is available for any assistance such as meal prep or emergencies. Dad commutes to work and would not be available to help. Toddler is 18 months old and is not potty trained.
Sitter would play with toddler and promote a learning environment. Screen time is none to limited. Sitter will be required to change diapers,warm up meals, and snacks. Sitter would also be required to put child to sleep during nap time.
