We are a family of 4. My wife and I have two daughters. One is 2 and the other is 4 months old.

We are primarily looking for someone to watch the 4 month old on Fridays during the full work day from 8-6. Our 4 month old currently has trouble napping in the crib for more than 30 minutes so ideally you have experience with contact napping babies and helping them learn how to nap in a crib.

As noted above, we are primarily looking for help on Fridays as my wife and I both work full days. We are open to having you work an additional day during the week and on Saturdays. My wife just works Fridays and Saturdays, so would be home the other week day but would be focused on our 2 year old.
