Waxhaw family with four children (ages 2-7) seeks a long-term, full-time Family Assistant. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, active, and reliable with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include school pick-ups, activity transportation, homework help, light housekeeping, and engaging care. Must be comfortable in a home with pets and flexible with occasional date nights, weekends, and international travel. Prior nannying experience and a college degree (or equivalent experience) are required, along with CPR/First Aid certification. Competitive pay ($28-32/hour,negotiable) with benefits including continued pay, paid holidays, PTO, and mileage reimbursement. Start date is ASAP.
