FT Nanny in Waxhaw, NC for a 7YOB, a 4YOB and a 1.5-YOG. Hours are M - F 9am - 5pm, with occas. babysitting. Both Mom and Dad work from home in separate offices and respect boundaries.Best nanny is extremely reliable and has prior experience caring for various age groups, is loving, and proactive with strong moral values.The nanny will be primarily responsible for the 1.5-year-old during the morning hours on days when the older children have camp or school. Nanny will care for all 3 afterschool.
Nanny should understand developmental stages, appropriate activities, milestones, nutrition, learning styles, and routines, be active and engaging, love exploring the outdoors, incorporate Montessori principles and create activities.

It is important that the nanny is dedicated to building a strong connection with each child. They practice gentle/respectful/positive parenting, caregivers emphasize connection and emotional support paired with firm boundaries and natural consequences
The family respects their children as growing individuals capable of demonstrating age-appropriate behaviors. Spanish fluency is a plus.
Job starts ASAP, and pay is negotiable at $27 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage.
