We are looking for reliable childcare coverage starting at the end of March. We are looking for coverage from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Tues., Wed., Thurs. We offer PTO (2 week/ year), guaranteed hours, and sick leave (1 week). The job would be primary care of 18 month who is home all day. Our older son is at elementary school during the day but we want help with bus pick up in the afternoons. In the summer the older child will have camps and some time at home so we are looking for someone with a lot of energy and can keep up with two kiddos. Nanny would have access to a car and is encouraged to get the kids out of the house for adventures. We limit screen time. We are a gentle parenting household.
