I'm in search of a nanny/babysitter to care for my 12- and 8-year old daughters. I'm a divorced father with 50/50 custody.

I have family in the area who are available for some support, but I recognize the need for consistent care and transportation, and I don't want to ask my parents to do that all of the time.
