FT Family Assistant in Stallings NC for 2 children, ages 1 and 3 YO. Hours are M- F, 12 pm - 6 pm or 1 pm - 7 pm,30 hours a week w/occasional weekend babysitting needs for dates or special events.The best FA for this family would be responsible, reliable, warm, collaborative, proactive, organized, and able to anticipate the family’s needs like an extended family member.Each day, the primary role is to take care of the House Management tasks and be proactive in keeping the home running smoothly.
Family has two children; their youngest will attend a half-day preschool several days a week soon and will need care from the Family Assistant when not at school. The 3-year-old is in school the majority of the day (until 3:30 pm each day). The mom of the family will pick the children up from school and spend the afternoon with both children. When the mom is unavailable to care for the children, the Family Assistant would be responsible for providing
Open communication is imperative as the family is looking for a FA who can collaborate with the mom and provide professional suggestions when appropriate regarding the home and childcare. Job starts ASAP, and pay is negotiable at $27-30 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
