I will be working from NY, traveling back to NC every other week. My wife is a resident physician at the Cape Fear valley hospital. Her duty do not have a fixed workhour (sometimes its 8 hour shifts, other times its 12 hours, weekdays and weekend). Thus a regular daycare would not work for us. We want someone who can work around the hours, adjust to our schedule, and take care of our little baby boy (~3 months old). It is mostly taking care of the baby, and minor household works.
