Nanny share for 3-month old baby!

I have a 3-month old daughter and two little kitties who still aren't sure what to make of the new baby. My daughter has just started rolling over and cooing :)
I'd love a nanny share that would be a little calmer environment than daycare but still with opportunties for my daughter to interact with other kids/babies (and adults).
