Full-Time Family Assistant in Davidson, NC for 4YO and 1YO girls Hours are M - F, 30 - 40 hours a week, with additional babysitting on occasion.
Best FA is reliable, trustworthy, professional, organized, passionate about working with children, and dedicated to keeping a home running smoothly, can anticipate the needs of the family and has previous professional nannying and house management experience and values learning, exploration, teaching, patience, and kindness.
FA should be able to meet the children's daily needs, keep them on schedule, take them on walks, read to them, play inside and outside, and engage them in age-appropriate activities. and knows about developing activities that will encourage the children’s development. Outside time is important to the family. When the children are in school and during downtimes, the Family Assistant would be expected to take care of the household management tasks and help keep the home running smoothly.
The mom will be working from home each day, the best family assistant should be able to thrive in this environment. Job starts ASAP, and pay is negotiable a $25-28an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
