Full time Nanny for adorable 5 month year old Boy!

Hi, my name is Olivia. I have a 5 month old son named Thomas, by the time I will need care. Looking for something full time, but some days might be half days- depends if I take him to work( YMCA).
Be able to pick him up from the Y if needed.
Be able to create a calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for Thomas.
Help with light laundry, dishes, and dinner.
Location would be Clemmons, NC.
Full day schedule: 9am to 6pm.
Half day schedule: 12pm to 6pm.
Would take back to my house.
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light laundry
