We are a family of four, with two kids one in School and the younger one is 3 months old.
My husband and I work in a hybrid schedule.

I will be in the office for 4-5 hours 3 days/week.
The nanny is expected to care for my infant during the daytime, her feeds,naps etc. And help with laundry for both my daughters . And nanny should be organized with the toys.
