Busy Charlotte family with 3 boys (9, 14, 17) seeks experienced, reliable Family Assistant to support their household. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 11 am-7 pm, with occasional flexibility needed for evenings, weekends, and travel. Responsibilities include school pick-up and transportation to activities, ensuring homework and chores are completed, light meal prep and cooking, laundry, dishwashing, and kitchen cleanup,
along with organizing common areas and the boys' rooms, grocery pickup, running errands, and managing the activities calendar. Must help SAHM divide and conquer to keep the home running smoothly. Main support is for the youngest child, while also supporting the older two boys.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional Family Assistant/Nanny experience, and a college degree or equivalent, valid driver's license with safe transportation and be non-smoking/vaping.
Must be able to pass a full reference and background check. Additionally, CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to swim are required. Fluency in English is a must, with Spanish or German skills a plus. Up-to-date vaccinations are preferred. The salary is $25-$30 per hour, negotiable based on experience. The position starts ASAP.
