The nanny would typically be needed Tues - Thurs two days will be 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and one day will be 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, (guar 30 hours)The best nanny for this family would be nurturing, reliable, organized, safety-focused, detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and experienced caring for infants (preemie experience is a plus). It is important that the nanny is knowledgeable of developmental milestones and
can assist in establishing a schedule and routine for their daughter.Nanny should foster an enriching environment and create age-appropriate activities to support her development and refrain from using screen time.These activities would include but are not limited to tummy time, daily reading, going for strolls, playing with toys, and other age-appropriate learning activities.As the child grows and trust is built, the nanny may be asked to take her to activities and outings within the community.
