A family in the South End is looking for a Full-Time Family Assistant for their 7mo daughter. The Family Assistant would typically be needed Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

The best Family Assistant for this family would be reliable, safety conscious, flexible, nurturing, and experienced in caring for infants and enjoys interacting with babies. Their child is quite active and curious, so the family is looking for a Family Assistant who will be active and engaged with her throughout the day.
You must not be distracted by screens. The family is looking for a FA who will engage in age-appropriate activities with their daughter, such as reading, taking her on walks, and assisting her with sitting, standing, and crawling. The Family Assistant would be encouraged to take their daughter to age-appropriate outings and activities throughout the community when time allows. Family assistant duties are requested with the child's care being the first priority
Family has a 2 cats, so the nanny must not be allergic to and be comfortable with cats.
Job starts Nov 4, and pay is negotiable at $28-30 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
