We’re a close-knit, laid-back family enjoying parenthood with our first child. We both WFH and are in our offices most of the day unless we are needed. We're seeking someone long-term to become an integral part of our family by caring for our son.

Our ideal nanny is nurturing, reliable, and trustworthy. Our 16-month-old son is very active and loves the outdoors. We need someone who can keep up with his energy and nurture his development through age-appropriate play, including dancing, reading, creative activities, and pretend play. We avoid screentime and prefer hands-on engagement. We're close to parks, walking trails, and a library and would encourage outings once trust is built. We'll ask you to complete light housekeeping related to his care.
