My Tu/Th sitter is going on medical leave and unfortunately will not be able to return to sitting.

We are looking for someone ASAP who is interested in long term on Tu/Th. A standard day is 7:15 a.m.-4:15 p.m. Duties include preparing meals, picking up after the kids, and helping with their laundry. I pay my other sitters $140 for the day or $15/hour.

During the school year, the twins (9 months) that are home all day. The 4-year-old gets home at 11:45 a.m. and the 3-year-old gets home at 4. On Thursdays, the big kids come home around 3:30 but they will do their own things.

Summer, the 4-year-old will also be home all day. If I am not traveling, I work from home. Sometimes the 4-year-old likes to hang out with me when I don't have meetings. The two older kids will be at camp most of the time and the 3-year-old will still have school until 3:15.

I travel for work. When I travel, my wife will need extra the sitter to arrive at 6 a.m. so she can leave for work then stay extra when she gets home so she can pump. On these days:
-Lunches need made and bags packed
-If the 2 older children are home, it will only be on Thursdays, and they will need reminded of their time schedule to get out the door on time for their bus
-The 3 and 4 year old need dressed and convinced to go to school
-The bus comes to the house for the 4-year-old
-3-year-old need driven taken to school
-During the summer, the older kids get picked up from camp and the 3 year gets picked up from school (all in one trip).

These days would be 12-hour days at $200. That equals to the $15/hour plus an extra $20.
