We are an adventurous, nature-loving family of four: Mom, Dad, our energetic 3-year-old daughter, and our curious 12-month-old son. Originally from Illinois, we fell in love with the beauty of Minnesota while attending college and decided to make it our home. We enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending as much time as we can exploring the great outdoors. Our family is deeply focused on nurturing our children, delighting in watching them play, learn, and grow as they discover the world around them.
This is where you come in! We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated partner to join us in raising our son. Someone who can effortlessly step into our shoes to provide nurturing care while fostering his development and teaching valuable life skills. We deeply value education and maintaining a harmonious, balanced home environment. You are intrinsically motivated, passionate about childcare, and bring at least four years of professional experience to the role.
Position Highlights: 25 hours a week guaranteed

Set yourself apart: Have a 4-year degree, training in Early Childhood education or speech and language!
Schedule: Starting January 6th, Tuesday to Thursday from 8 am until 4:30 pm, going for around 6 months or so, once we can get into daycare
