We are a family with a sweet baby girl, and dog and two cats. Mom will be working from home, so she will be there while care is being provided. Dad works outside of the home but does occasionally work from home as well.
Our nanny will need to be comfortable entertaining and soothing a baby, with the expectation that they will get the occasional break from care while mom breastfeeds and spends lunches and breaks with baby girl.
Mom works from home, and will be present throughout the day and will ideally provide some care to baby girl during her lunches and breaks.
