Looking for a nanny with 5+ years of paid infant/toddler experience, ideally in-home. Must be knowledgeable in child development, milestones, and routines; calm, patient, and able to co-regulate. Needs physical ability for long walks, active play, and safe lifting/transfers. Must be confident, adaptable, collaborative, proactive, playful, and a great communicator. Should be reliable, punctual, organized, flexible, and screen-free around the child. No perfumes/strong scents. At least 3 professional references (including at least 2 most recent employers) required. Ideal schedule (some flexibility): Mon & Tues 1:00pm-8:00pm, Wed & Thsd 9:30am-4:30pm. Non-smoker only. CPR/ First Aid Trained.
