Schedule: TUES/WED/FRI; 2 PM - 7 PM, THURS; 4 PM - 7 PM, AND SAT/SUN; 8 AM - NOON In addition, someone who could be available on off-school days and holiday breaks is a plus. This Minnetonka family is ideally looking for a part-time nanny who can also do a few other household things like organization, laundry, and light housekeeping. The nanny would provide care for the two children.
Primary care will be for the infant, some days and times will also be for the older child, when not in preschool, and parents work, especially during school breaks. Looking for someone to plan activities, prepare meals, and keep kids' clothing/toys organized. Also needing help with keeping the home organized and doing family laundry. They have a house cleaner that comes weekly so no deep cleaning. Must have experience with infants/toddlers and a progressive approach to working with kids.
A good fit is someone who is a direct communicator and open to direct feedback. Prefer someone who has worked in a home prior and has a sense of what it is to work with a family in this way. It is a two-dad household, nanny would need to be 100% comfortable with this. Most important, is that the nanny is loving and kind to the kids. A toy poodle, who is considered friendly to allergies, is a part of this family. Paid vacation, sick leave, mileage reimbursement, and paid holidays are offered.
