Children: BOY; AGE 3.5 YEARS AND 2.5 YEARS OLD
Compensation: $24 - $25 PER HOUR DOE
Schedule: MON 7 AM - 4 PM, TUES 7:30 AM AND THURS 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. ADDITIONAL 5 HOURS MAY BE REQUESTED ON 1-2 WEDNESDAYS PER MONTH
These two professional sisters are looking for a nanny to join their team in January. They are looking for someone to respect their household beliefs. These beliefs will be present in how they raise and guide the children.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Childcare is the primary responsibility.
Ensuring safety for the boys
Getting the boys outside
Changing clothes/diapers/underwear
Preparing breakfast, snacks, and light lunches for the boys
Playing and supervising the children
Offering creative play ideas
Cleaning up after meals
Loading/unloading dishwasher
Organizing and cleaning up after play
Leave the home at the end of the day as it was found in the morning (putting away toys, cleaning up the kitchen, etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to work with a non-toxic and fragrance-free home
Nanny experience - ideally with knowledge of responsive and gentle caregiving approaches along with Montessori elements
Open and honest communicator
High energy
Warm, nurturing, gentle, and fun nature
Strong organizational skills
Someone who loves to laugh, play, explore, create, sing, & dance
Covid vaccination strongly preferred but not required
