Part-time nanny for loving pre-schooler and sibling after school support

Our loving 3 year boy old is ready to go to preschool! We're looking for someone to care for him after his preschool day M-Th, starting around 2pm until 4:30pm and all-day (8am - 4:30pm) on Friday. His 3 older brothers (ages 6, 8 and 10) would arrive home after school and would be around for about an hour of the afternoon time M-F.
Saturday night date nights are also optional to care for all 4 boys, typically from about 5pm to 9pm.
