Like young boys & outdoors? This could be for you!
We're the producers of the Arb's Glass Pumpkin Patch & need child care for our 2 boys. They are 5.5 & 4 yrs. Our days at the Arb start around 8 & end around 5-7 PM. Ideally, they will explore the Arb most of the day, w/ breakfast, snacks, lunch, and an afternoon nap. We have a room that will be set up as an indoor play space/nap/meal area that is right next to the Glass Pumpkin Patch. We are accessible the entire time, even if we can't completely break away. The oldest child is potty trained; the youngest is getting there. The youngest also has some delays & likely is ADHD.

You need to be adventurous, patient, have a sense of wonder, and be calm, all at the same time. You also need to be grace under pressure, be able to go with the flow, be able to adjust to changing conditions, and see the glass as half full. Basically, a unicorn.
