We have a 2.5-year-old son, newborn son, and 2 dogs. Our 2.5-year-old loves spending time outside, reading books, and imaginary play. He is very sweet and communicative.
We are looking for a sitter to spend 15-20 hours per week caring for our children while we work from home (the dogs and ourselves will be in a separate space in the home). The schedule can be flexible. At first, care would be focused on our 2.5-year-old with only brief newborn responsibilities, but would shift to both children in January 2025 when our newborn reaches 6 months old.
Our ideal sitter is warm, patient, and playful; is comfortable spending time outdoors with our son(s), even on days when it may be rainy/snowy; has experience caring for infants; and is interested in a long-term position.
