Full-time nanny for 6 month old beginning in late July

Our son was born in February and I'll be returning to work at the end of July, so we're looking for a full time nanny from 8 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday. I work from home so I'll be around if any help is needed, but we'll need someone to give our favorite guy full on attention during the workday! We do have a 4 year old Aussiedoodle as well, so must be comfortable with dogs.
