Easygoing (and busy!) family of four located in Grandville with physician mom & dad, 4.5 y.o. boy, and 2.5 y.o. girl. Oldest child has a peanut allergy so nanny will be trained on how to use EpiPen and must carry at all times. Kids love all the fun things most do (books, music, playing outside, trips to local attractions, arts & crafts, Legos, etc.). Parents have demanding work schedules so high reliability and excellent attendance is crucial.
Looking for kind individual who is patient, mature, professional, self-motivated, and enjoys making the days fun and magical while keeping a balanced routine. Ideal fit is someone who can take the lead to plan fun activities/crafts and likes getting the kids out and about. Nanny will be responsible for all things childcare, snacks/meals, general tidying & emptying/loading dishwasher. Appreciate nanny who is vested in kids' growth and development and incorporating simple learning opportunities.
Schedule is M-Th (Fridays usually off) for 10 hour shifts starting around 7:00-7:30am and ending between 4:00-5:30pm. Looking for minimum one-year commitment. This is a W-2 position with direct deposit, guaranteed hours, and PTO. Family requires a nanny that is COVID-vaccinated, CPR-certified, a non-smoker, and has safe, reliable transportation who is comfortable driving kids to/from daycare and to local activities (parks, zoo, Meijer Gardens, etc.).
