A fun, professional family in Fenton, Michigan, is seeking a top-notch live-in or live-out career nanny for their 4 children, aged 6, 4.5, 3 and 1-year-old. The schedule will be 42-45 hours per week, typically falling as follows: Tuesdays from 2:00pm-8:00pm, Wednesdays from 2:00pm-8:00pm, Thursdays from 2:00pm-8:00pm, Fridays from 7:00am-7:00pm, Saturdays from 7:00am-7:00pm.
A background or education in ECE, Child Development, or other relevant field is preferred, as well as a solid understanding of developmental milestones and specific experience with this age group. Though mom does not work, candidates should be dynamic, competent, and comfortable working in an autonomous capacity. Candidates will travel with the family on long weekends or family vacations for 10 or more days, so you must be passport ready.
Candidates must have a clean and current driving record and be confident swimmers. There is a family dog so the candidate must be pet friendly. Though this is a fully staffed household and there is a chef, candidates should be comfortable and willing to pitch-in with food prep if it’s ever required, as well as throw a wash on if the housekeeper is out sick, etc.
