West Michigan Nannies is hiring a full-time nanny for a friendly, close-knit family in Byron Center with two children: a 3 y.o. girl and 4 m.o. baby boy, starting ASAP! Parents have a COVID-vaccination requirement in place for their nanny and appreciate excellent communication, high reliability, and prior childcare experience.
Along with the typical childcare responsibilities of caring for toddler and infant, nanny will also help with children's laundry, load/empty dishwasher, and general tidying (picking up toys, wiping down kitchen after meals/snacks, etc.). Toddler does attend daycare a few mornings per week.
Schedule is M, T, W, F 7:30-3:30 and Th 9:00-5:00. Minimum one-year commitment. An ideal match is someone who is Montessori-minded and will incorporate different learning opportunities into their day to foster independence and support children's developmental milestones. Certainly not required, but it would be a bonus to have someone that speaks Vietnamese to help enforce language learning, but it is most important nanny loves children, is proactive, playful and energetic!
