My wife and I are both full-time working physicians with two beautiful daughters ages 9 & 7. We have a sweet dog age 4 that does not shed and is hypoallergenic. We are an active family that loves sports and adventure. We are Christians and appreciate caregivers with similar values.

Our monthly work schedules are random. We need help at different times throughout the week and weekend. We are looking for a nanny that would be willing to do meal prep, drive our kids to and from school along with basic kids room clean-up. Both girls play sports and may need to be driven to the field or ice arena.

We need someone who can be very flexible with scheduling. School time we occasionally need morning help getting the kids off to school. Some afterschool pick up and transportation to sport practices. We may need some evening help until 9pm. Occasional weekend help 1-3 per month. We have our schedules 1 month in advance.
