I'm looking for a 25-30 hr/week nanny for my infant son when I return to work in mid-March. I work in a hospital, so it is shift work, and I work some evenings and weekends. The good news is that it is only 11 days a month! I'll pay well since it is not a normal kind of schedule but I need someone reliable with their own car. This would be a good position for someone who wants regular income but has a flexible schedule. The work day for the nanny will probably be 7-8 hours, three days a week and maybe some half-days if I need to run errands.
