We have three children but one is in elementary school full time. Our middle child is three and special needs, non verbal, etc.. then we have an infant and a dog.

We mostly need the sitter to care for our children while we’re working. It may mean getting our three year old on a bus at some point for half day, caring for the baby during the day and potentially getting our oldest off the bus a few days a week.
