We are looking for a PT nanny for our 8 mo old, Caleb. Caleb is very active and loves to crawl. He'll need someone to make sure he doesn't fall or put himself in danger, but still encourage movement. He is a very happy and easy going baby - the only time he really cries is if he is feeling sick. He currently takes 2 naps per day (usually 2-3 hours total) and is working on solids (but has some food sensitivities to dairy/soy/egg). We are at minimum looking for Tues/Thurs 9-5 in the near future, but ideally 3 days a week. The third day and hours can flexible - if some weeks only Tues/Thurs work for you, that would be fine. Open to a nanny share if you care for another baby similar in age.
