I would need the nanny to follow a schedule that I will have prepared that includes keeping children busy with activities that I will have available for them, feeding them lunch/snacks, doing light chores, & practicing schoolwork. Depending on when I get home in evening, I may need the children fed & prepped for bed. I do ask that the nanny help to keep the house clean as possible.
