We are a family of five with three young daughters. My husband (Derek) and I (Kristin) work full time in Baltimore city being in the office M-TH and mainly work from home on Friday. Our oldest daughter is in 2nd grade, our middle in preschool, and our youngest will be 3 next month and is mostly potty trained.
We need childcare from 7:30-5:30 M-TH and 8-4 Fridays with help getting our oldest on the bus, drive the middle child to preschool, and stay home with the youngest. Will also need full time help over the summer when the kids are out of school as well - likely driving some to camp. Will need someone to bring the kids to some early evening activities during the school year that begin before 5:30.
We live in the southern part of Ellicott City, near Elkridge. Driving the kids to their activities is within a 10-15 min drive from our house.
