Full-time nanny for 16-month-old toddler

My husband and I work hybrid remote and looking for a nanny to care for our 16-month-old daughter.
We would need a nanny to engage her in play, take her to the park, make her lunch/snacks, and put her down for a nap once a day.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-4pm
We have 3 friendly cats.
