Hello,

I'm a FTM and I work PT from home. I am looking for a reliable nanny who could come to my home in Bowie on Mondays (8a-8p), Fridays (8a-7p) and Saturdays (9a-3p) while I work. My job isn't flexible to where I can have her while I work, unfortunately, and I cannot change my hours/quit.

My daughter Emilia is very sweet. She's sleep trained, she's honestly an amazing baby and I need support as I can't do it all on my own. As she gets older and is crawling/walking, I'll probably need more support at that time. I don't have family/friends nearby me to help.

I'm looking for someone who will be a secure anchor for her, sweet to her, who will take care of her and look after her as I would or at least as close to a mother type as possible.
