FT Family Assistant
Location: Winchester, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm, with flexibility as needed
Children: 8 and 10 years old
Duties: Daily upkeep of 4,000 sq. ft. home including general tidying, grocery shopping, preparing dinner, laundry and ironing, organizing, scheduling home maintenance, taking dog to the groomer/vet and transporting children to/from school and activities. Family has a cleaning service 2x per week.
Requirements: 3+ years of Family Assistant experience, a clean criminal record and a valid driver's license. Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organization skills and attention to detail, be discreet, reliable, have basic cooking skills/familiarity with meal planning and a strong work ethic.
Pets: 1 medium size dog
Driving/Parking: Driver's license required, a car will be provided for work purposes
Travel: None
Compensation: $35-40 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays. Health stipend negotiable.
