Location: MetroWest Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11am-7pm. 2 non-consecutive weekend days per month and flexibility to work earlier than 11am and past 7pm required, with advanced notice given.
Children: Newborn, 3, 5, 8, 10 years old. Family has another FT Nanny who will share in all childcare duties. The 3 older children attend school full-time, and the 3-year old will be in preschool 5 days/week.
Duties: General childcare, including creating and engaging children in educational and age-appropriate activities, getting outdoors as much as possible, driving children to and from activities, light meal prep for children, assisting with homework, tidying up after children, organizing the children's clothes and toys.

Compensation: $40+ per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 3 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, and a health insurance stipend; Work cell phone and car provided.
Requirements: 5+ years of professional childcare/Nanny experience, previous experience caring for at least 3 children at the same time, a clean criminal record, and an excellent driving record. Ideal candidate will be highly organized, loving, extremely reliable, proactive, flexible, patient, and discreet.

Travel: Must be willing to travel with the family a few times per year, including to Martha's Vineyard (where the family spends the majority of the summer) and Aspen, CO.
