Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Nanny for a wonderful family in Weston starting in August (sooner for the right fit!). Care will primarily be for their newborn, due in August. Their two girls, ages 5 and 7, will be in full day school and require after school care and driving to activities. This is a multifaceted role and a nanny who truly enjoys all ages and stages would be a great match! The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm, with 50 guaranteed hours weekly.
After a wonderful experience with their nanny who is moving into a different career field, the Family is excited to find a new addition to their family who is hoping to commit to a long term match (3+ years). A great fit for this role is professional, personable, easy going, communicative, confident, reliable, organized, and enjoys taking ownership of the nanny role; someone who will proactively plan the week ahead with fun activities and outings and playdates with local nannies. As mentioned above, a nanny who is as passionate about infant care as they are about working with school age kiddos, will thrive in this role. The girls would love a nanny who is engaging, takes time to get to know their interests and needs, and will be a fun playmate both indoors and outdoors. For the baby, someone experienced, warm, nurturing, mindful about development and milestones, who can work collaboratively with the parents.
Both parents work from home in private offices. They are focused on their work and give full autonomy to the nanny during the day.
Compensation: $34+/hour ($90,000+/year) with full benefits package. All pay on the books through payroll.
