A family in Somerville is seeking a Nanny to care for their 7-month-old boy full-time. They are looking for someone who truly engages with their child, creates enjoyable and educational activities, and helps new parents by suggesting ways to meet developmental milestones. The role involves general childcare duties, such as engaging the child in developmentally-appropriate activities, managing the child’s laundry, preparing bottles and baby food, going for walks, and tidying up after the child.
Their ideal candidate is adept at sticking to a routine and maintaining a loving, calm, and engaging demeanor. A bilingual candidate would be a plus, though not required! Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-6:30pm;
Requirements: 3+ years of professional Nanny experience including recent experience caring for infants, a clean criminal record, and a good driving record;
Pets: 2 French Bulldogs - must be comfortable letting the dogs out;
Driving/Parking: Must have a car to get to the home. Parking is available;
Travel: Occasional;
