Family with two young kids (2 & 5 years old) in Salem is looking for a long term, experienced nanny.

Looking for help with the morning routine and school drop off (7-9/10 am; nanny will use family car) and afternoon/evening (3-7:30 or 8 pm) with school pick up, afternoon activities (library, PEM, other kids activities are within walking distance), and nighttime routine. Hours guaranteed and optional additional weekend hours if wanted (but not required). Also open to someone doing just mornings or just evenings.

We're in Salem (ample street parking w/ a driveway) and have a large yard. Must be comfortable with pets (we have a sweet 6 year old sheepdog). Our jobs are mostly remote so we are usually close by if needed (we work from a separate carriage house in the back yard). Two weeks paid vacation and 5 sick days. Position is on the books. Strong communication skills and reliability are important to us. Must have references and experience in childcare.
