We are a family in Roslindale with two daughters: a four-year-old in school and a one-month-old baby. We are seeking a loving, nuturing, experienced nanny who we see as an extension of our family.
Primary care will be for our newborn, as we work full-time (8:30am-5pm) and our four-year-old will be in school most of the day. This person will provide attentive and loving care, engage our baby in age-appropriate developmental activities, and ensure her needs are met. When our older daughter is home, this person will engage her in meaningful and stimulating activities. Duties also include preparing meals/snacks and light housekeeping related to childcare.
We are looking for a nanny who is warm, kind, and compassionate, someone who truly loves children and brings positivity into their work. Flexibility and a willingness to take feedback are key, as is the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of our family.
