FT Nanny/Family Assistant
Location: Newton, MA
Schedule: Mon/Thurs/Fri, 7:30am-3:30pm and Tues/Wed, 7:30am-6:30pm
Children: 2, 4.5 and 6.5 years old
Pets: None
Driving/Parking: Nanny must be willing to transport children in own car, mileage will be reimbursed.
Travel: None at this time but possibly in the future
Additional Information: Mom works from home most days.
Start Date: Flexible for the right fit
Duties: General childcare including getting the children ready for school, transporting to/from school and activities, and engaging children in age appropriate activities. While the children are in school, Family Assistant duties will include cleaning up after breakfast, running errands, grocery shopping, family laundry, light meal prep, stocking household items, organizing, loading/unloading dishwasher and general tidying.
Requirements: 5+ years of professional Nanny and Family Assistant experience, a clean criminal record, and a good driving record. Ideal candidate will be engaging, calm, reliable and dependable, flexible to stay late if needed, takes initiative and looking for a long term position. Must be fully vaccinated.
Compensation: $35-40 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, health stipend and professional development stipend.
